Welcome to Edito AI, operated by Expelee FZCO, a company incorporated under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with its principal place of business at Building A2 DDP, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Industrial Area, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Edito AI mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By downloading, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Edito AI.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use Edito AI. By using our Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use Edito AI only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You must not:

• Use Edito AI to create, share, or distribute illegal, offensive, or infringing content;
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Services;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or modify the app’s code;
• Use any automated systems (e.g., bots or scrapers) to access our Services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

3. User Content

3.1 Ownership

You retain full ownership of all photos, images, and other content you upload, edit, or create using Edito AI (“User Content”).

3.2 License to Us

By using Edito AI, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services (e.g., applying edits, filters, or effects). We do not claim ownership over your content and do not use it for AI training, advertising, or any unrelated purposes.

3.3 Responsibility for Content

You are responsible for the legality and appropriateness of your User Content. You must not upload content that:

• Infringes on others’ rights (e.g., copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights);
• Contains nudity, hate speech, or illegal materials;
• Violates any applicable law or regulation.

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Edito AI may offer paid features, subscriptions, or one-time purchases. All payments are processed through the relevant app store (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play). We do not directly collect or store your payment details. Subscription terms, renewal, and cancellation policies are managed by the app store provider and governed by their respective terms of service.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in Edito AI (including software, design, logos, and trademarks) belong to Expelee FZCO or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of Edito AI without our prior written consent.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Notice, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use Edito AI. By using the Services, you consent to our data practices described in the Privacy Notice.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• Edito AI will always function without interruption, delay, or error;
• The results or edits will meet your expectations or be free of defects.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Expelee FZCO and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, including but not limited to:

• Data loss or corruption;
• Unauthorized access to your device or content;
• Business interruption or loss of profits.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to stop using Edito AI.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, if you:

• Breach these Terms;
• Engage in conduct harmful to us, other users, or third parties;
• Use Edito AI in a way that violates applicable laws.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. If significant changes are made, we will notify users through the App or via email. By continuing to use the Services after any update, you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the use of Edito AI shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
